Mike Posner Kicks Off Ninja Tour in Austin, Texas Tonight!

Last Night, Mike Posner announced that he and his friends will be commencing on part 2 of the Ninja Tour in Texas. View his Email announcement here or read it below!

Greetings crazy folk fond of my music,

After spending a month Ninja Touring through the Mid-West and the Pacific Northwest, a week kayaking the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho, a week at Burning Man, and a few days with friends in Eden, Utah, I am beyond excited to announce that the boys and I will be commencing on part 2 of the Ninja Tour.

For those who don’t know, a Ninja Tour is a concept pioneered by Amanda Palmer. We rent and RV and drive across America, playing free shows announced via Twitter/IG/FB. Last time, we decided not to stay in hotels in order to not wall ourselves off. Resultantly, we slept on your couches, ate your cooking, played in your parks, showered in your showers, and were warmed by your hugs. The only way we know how to thank you is by… doing it again.

We are starting off in Texas. I am on an airplane about to land in Dallas as I write this. If you’d like us to play a Ninja Show in your town, let us know.

LOVE U,
Mike

The first city up is… Austin, Texas! Mike and his friend, singer-songwriter Adam Friedman, will be performing a free acoustic show TONIGHT, September 11 at 7 PM! Keep an eye on Mike’s Twitter, Instagram, and/or Facebook for details on this show and all other upcoming shows on this tour.
