Mike Posner in South of France at a Songwriting Camp

Mike Posner has been in South of France for a week at a songwriting camp at a castle. He hasn’t shared with his fans on any of his social networks on what he’s been up to, besides sharing 2 photos on his Instagram and shared on Twitter on Oct 3rd and 4th (see below for the photos), but his manager Patrick tweeted the following last week.

However, I just happen to come across another singer, songwriter named Kerli (co-wrote Demi Lovato’s “Skyscraper”) that’s also there attending the songwriting camp and has shared photos and details on her Facebook page for her fans throughout her time there. “I’m in an old castle built on the 12th century somewhere in South of France right now at my first songwriting camp. Stoked!!!! So many amazing writers and the place is just magical.” Kerli shared on Facebook on September 27th. Mike’s manager said it’s a 14th century castle, but Kerli said it’s a 12th century. Kerli got it wrong, and Patrick is correct! LOL! (Chateau Marouatte, is a 14th Century castle. – chateaumarouatte.co.uk)

Kerli shared this photo on her Facebook with Mike Posner from the castle on October 3rd.

“Still here in a writing camp in France. Today in the studio with Brett Cornelius, Neffu and Mike Posner making some unconventional beats ♥
Sending epic love ♥
Integrity/Love/Unity” – Kerli

Here’s a comment on the above photo on Kerli’s Facebook from a fan, and her response.

Photos that Mike posted on his Instagram and shared on Twitter from the castle in France.

“This door is insane.” – Mike Posner
