“MIKE POSNER” DRESSING ROOMS
a. Purchaser will provide one dressing room for the sole purpose of the Artist and a separate dressing room for Artists’ Band / Crew.
b. Purchaser guarantees that each dressing room will:
1. Include sanitary toilet facilities with running water, a supply of hand soap and mirrors.
2. Contain at least 20 clean black towels. (4 and 16 total)
3. Provide comfortable cushioned seating for at least twenty people (Min 2 Sofas)
4. Contain all utensils (cups, plates and napkins), applicable condiments, food and drink on a banquet type table with a clean tablecloth.
5. Include full-length mirrors, power outlets, and be properly warmed or cooled as necessary.
6. Be capable of being locked and the tour security person shall have the key.
7. Should rooms not have lock capabilities, purchaser, at his sole expense, must assign at least one (1) security person to dressing room from sound check thru the show and until the artist leaves the facility.

13. DINNER
The following meals should be made available for MIKE POSNER and his band upon arrival at the venue two-hours prior to show time. Please provide a freshly cooked, hot meal for 10.
• ALL MEALS ARE TO CONTAIN ABSOLUTELY NO PORK!!!
Either As A Dish, A Portion Of The Meal, Used In The Preparation Of The Meal, As A Garnish (Bacon Bits), Dressing, Or Condiment, Or Cooked In Cookware That Has Previously Been Used To Prepare Pork.
• PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE ARE TRAVELING WITH THREE – VEGETARIANS,
• Choices can be Italian, BBQ, Soul, Caribbean, Indian, Asian, African, Classic American. Dinner must contain at least 2 meat dishes (One must be a fish dish, baked or grilled), 2 starches (potatoes, pasta, rice etc), and 3 vegetables (mixed, corn, cabbage, broccoli, etc.).
• Dinner must include salad, breads, desert, water and soft drinks.
• Glassware and flatware, no plastic or paper
• In the event Purchaser is not providing dinner,
• Purchaser agrees to pay Tour manager a $30 buy out for 15 people –
