Thousands of country music fans turned out Monday night (August 18) for Jake Owen’s second annual Beach Party, packing the BMI parking lot in the heart of Nashville’s Music Row for the free concert. Mike Posner joined his friend Jake Owen onstage for a surprise performance of “Cooler Than Me.” Check out the photos and video!
