Mike Posner is starting 2025 with a deeply personal and exciting release! His new single, “Is It Just Me?” is set to drop on Friday, January 24. In typical Mike fashion, he’s shared a heartfelt and introspective message about the journey that inspired this latest track.

In 2021, I climbed the tallest mountain in the world—Mt. Everest.
But some things are harder than Mt. Everest.
After letting my early 20s go all the way into my 30s (smh), I realized that if I didn’t figure out how to get over my fear of intimacy, I was going to die a very lonely man.
I overcame my fear of intimacy and old avoidant patterns, faced the deep pain of my last relationship’s ending head-on, recognized the patterns I was acting out that no longer served me, and realized how much having a wife and family would actually mean to me. I hired the best coaches and therapists I could find, did what they said, and now I’m in the most beautiful relationship I’ve ever been in.
“Is It Just Me” is a wild, psychedelic testament to falling in love.
