Mike Posner will be performing on opening night at VocalizeU Summer Artist Intensive 2014 at Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, CA this Friday, July 18. This first night of the program we always bring in a guest performer to kick off the event and to inspire those attending. We are beyond thrilled to announce that Mike Posner will be performing at the VU Artist Intensive Opening Night!
Mike is an amazing singer, songwriter and producer, currently making hits all over the airwaves. He released his debut album, 30 Minutes To Take Off, in 2010 and all three singles, “Cooler Than Me”, “Please Don’t Go” and Bow Chicka Wow Wow” charted in the Top 10 for the US Billboard Hot 100.
He also wrote and produced hits such as, “Boyfriend” for Justin Bieber, “Beneath Your Beautiful” for Labrinth, as well as songs for Pharrell Williams, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, Nelly, TI and Snoop Dogg. Mike is bringing his recent sold out Unplugged Show to our event.

Vocal Coach Dave Stroud, the man behind the VocalizeU online vocal program, has helped Mike Posner with his voice over the last few years as well as many other recording artists like Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Michael Jackson, Jordin Sparks, One Direction, Natasha Bedingfield, just to name a few. Also, Mike has been a special guest at the VocalizeU Summer Artist Intensive 2012 & 2013, which I’m actually just now learning all about. This is my first time ever hearing about VocalizeU and Dave Stroud, as well as Mike being one of his clients. I swear I learn something new about Mike almost everyday. 🙂
