Mike Posner did a radio interview with Janet & Nick in the Morning at Kiss 98.5 in Buffalo, NY yesterday on July 15, 2013. He talks about being on Justin Bieber’s ‘Believe Tour’, and the 1st time he met JB’s manager Scooter Braun. He explains why he was able to record his music in his dorm room at Duke University late at night from 11pm until 2am. He also shares with them that he used to rap when he was younger before he started singing. Mike also talks about his new upcoming album Pages, and explains the title and why he chose it. Which he then talks about his 1st single “The Way It Used To Be” off of his new album, and that he’ll be releasing a 2nd single before his album drops in the Fall. Mike talks about how he writes all of his songs, poems, and dreams in his notebook. Then he tells them that singers that have recorded his songs that he has written have signed the page in his notebook of that particular song’s lyrics. He talks about how he’s learning to play the acoustic guitar while on tour by taking lessons from Nash Overstreet (Hot Chelle Rae).
