Mike Posner sings “I Took A Pill In Ibiza” with a 1969 Gibson ES-150DW with an original walnut finish at Norman’s Rare Guitars, a vintage guitar store in Tarzana, California. The guitar is autographed by B.B. King, the ‘King of the Blues,’ who passed away in May 2015 at the age of 89.
At the end of the song, Mike shares that he’ll be releasing a new single very soon and an album in early 2019. Watch the full video below!

Side note: This video of Mike has definitely made me think of my late uncle, Smokin’ Joe Kubek, a well-known blues guitarist who got to jam with B.B. King back in the day. He passed away at the age of 58 only 5 months after B.B. King died. My uncle would’ve thought this was a cool video of Mike playing on this guitar. 🙂
