He described the emotions he felt reaching the Pacific Ocean at Venice Beach, the deep connections he made with people he met on the road, and how each step became part of a bigger spiritual journey. Oprah also touched on Mike’s next great adventure: hiking the 3,000-mile Continental Divide Trail. Stretching from Canada to Mexico along the natural ridge that divides America’s river system—sending water east toward the Atlantic and west to the Pacific—this trail is one of the most challenging and grueling in the United States, taking about four months to complete. Mike says his goal this time is to unite people in a divided world, fueled by love and walking toward it every step of the way. 🌄

Mike also spoke about Inner Bloom—a free community he started to bring people together weekly for breathwork, meditation, and heartfelt conversations. It’s a space for self-discovery, empowerment, and deep connection with yourself and others, carrying forward the lessons and spirit he found on his own transformative journey. 💚
