For The Curious,

This month, a few years back, a song was released called “I Took A Pill In Ibiza.” The first time you hear it, you immediately sense the honesty at its core.

I’m fortunate to have a lot of mutual friends with the writer and singer of that song – Mike Posner. It led me to Mike’s home and a conversation that made me feel like a longtime friend.

I love the melody and the lyrics of that song. Please listen to the acoustic version. It’s a straight shot to the soul. But what I love most about the song is how relevant it is to our own lives – constantly relevant. No matter what your situation, it’s so easy to avoid the truth when its uncomfortable.

This song is a reminder to never stop looking in the mirror.

Cheers,

Cal Fussman
